Back by popular demand, this is Dyana’s second year performing for our holiday party. She brought the cheer last year and we are so happy to have her back. Sacramento’s sweetest Rockabilly band, Dyana & The Cherry Kings will swing dance you ‘till you drop! With their sultry sound and swanky style, you can’t help but move to the music. Inspired by 50’s rock’n’roll and jump blues, the energy is high, the sound is seductive and sure to leave you wanting more. The Leaping Blennies are the new Cherry Kings, and they are a musical force to be reckoned with. Since this is our Holiday party, Dyana will be playing some classic Cherry Kings’ tunes as well as some holiday standards.

Join Sactown Swings for another amazing NYE party at the Eagles Hall #9. This year we are mixing it up by having 2 bands of 2 different genres. Parker and the Weis Guys will start the night off with some swingin’ jazz from 8:00-9:30, and then Todd Morgan and the Emblems will finish the night with some good old fashioned Rock ‘n ‘ Roll. This hall has a great dance floor, bar, and side room for snacks to share. This party will sell out. Get your tickets early to secure your spot. Dress to impress.

The Au brothers, is made up of some of Sacramento’s finest swing and traditional musicians. Over the years, each member has traveled the country playing for Lindy exchanges, competitions, cruises, and jazz festivals. While the roots and focus of the band’s repertoire is on hot swing material from the 20-40’s, they have also been known to put a hot vintage spin on well-loved songs from other genres, such as movie or Broadway themes. We are excited to be able to bring in an all-star band to Sactown Sings featuring Brandon and Justin Au, Jim Martinez, and Steve Apple on the drums.
This will be an incredibly special evening of music. Dress vintage and don’t miss this night.

San Lyon is a Swing Jazz quartet based in Los Angeles, Ca. and have been playing together since 2019. They specialize in jazz music from the early 20th century as well as original vintage sounding songs.
